It Contain roughly 5 grams of acriflavine with a scoop. Each scoop is enough to treat 20-gallon tanks. 5 grams will last you a very long time.This is used to introduce extremely se nsitive fish to an aquarium, particularly parosphromenus or macrostomadirection- One scoop dose 20 gallon tank. Use half a scoop to dose 10 10-gallon- Leave the filter in the tank.
