The total price for a Quarter Beef Share will be $6.50/lb. based on the hanging weight of the animal, equating to approximately $1,125. Final cost will depend on the weight of the animal. A Quarter Beef Share is approximately 100 lbs. of our pasture-raised, dry aged beef. Roughly 50% of that will include steaks, roasts, cube steak, stew meat, etc., with the other 50% made up of ground beef. You will need approximately 4 cubic feet of freezer space for a Quarter Beef Share. Beef is frozen in clear, vacuum-sealed packaging. Please note: Beef shares are not available to be shipped. To secure your beef share: Pay your $250 deposit to reserve your animal. This will be deducted from your final balance. We will personally reach out to you via email to confirm your processing date. You will receive an email from us when your beef is ready, which will be approximately three weeks from the harvest date you select. We will then arrange a time for you to pick up your beef. Your remaining balance will be due at pickup.
