Unlike whole and half beef orders, you will not need to fill out a cut card as the cuts are already decided to ensure a balanced variety of steaks, roasts, and ground beef. Payment Terms: We require a 25% deposit ($337.50) at the time of order to reserve your quarter beef. The remaining balance of $1,012.50 will be invoiced and due before pickup. Pickup Location: Customer pickup at our processor in Pierce, CO. Processing typically takes 30 days from time of drop off.
