Ordering a Quarter Beef (quarter steer) is one of the best ways to guarantee Berkeley Beef in your freezer all season. You can make a deposit for your Quarter Beef at any time, which secures your place on our Quarter Beef List until your quarter is ready the following summer — the perfect amount of time to prep freezer space! Total cost of a Quarter Beef (approx. 100 pounds of beef) is $1,099. The deposit will be deducted from this amount! Delivery is within 4 weeks of your order date if you are at the top of our list. Depending on how many customers are in front of you will determine how long until your beef will be ready. The sooner you place your deposit, the sooner you will get your beef! Your deposit guarantees a Quarter Beef for your family, and your final cost will be charged when delivered/picked up. You will receive at least 100 pounds of beef at $11/pound (that's right—ribeyes for $11 a pound!). This includes all processing and vacuum sealing for your beef at no additional cost.
