Buying grass-fed beef by the quarter direct from our farm allows you to enjoy premium, nutrient dense grass-fed beef direct from our farm. A $250 deposit is required to secure your order and the final balance is due with delivery during the first two weeks of each month. Our average quarter beef is 100-125 lbs and provides approximately 90 lbs of beef in your freezer. The price of a quarter beef is based on the hanging weight before it is cut into your custom order. The price is $9.15/lb for orders vacuum sealed. A quarter is ideal for one to three people that eat beef 1-3 times per week.
