An o-ring groove on the ball o-ring joint is located near the midpoint of the ground ball section for greater connection flexibility. Machined solid ball joints are used for appara tus requiring joints with extra strength, durability and dimensional consistency.GM's industry standard ball/socket joints allow flexibility in alignment of glass apparatus. We offer machined solid heads for better consistency and durability from 12/5to 40/25 sizes. To assure maximum strength, GM features extra heavy walled tubing sizes on all spherical joints. Spherical ball joints comply with ASTM E677. Most standard sizes are stocked and are available for same day shipping. Non standard lengths are available for quotation upon request. Dim.
