NEW FIND! Dragon Fruit Quartz with Diopside crystals from Tanzania We sorted through kilos of this material searching for the water clear quartz because the majority of the material found thus far is a milky quartz. We felt the contrast between the clear quartz and diopside really made for a beautiful contrast When we first came across this I wasn't sure what it was but I was able to chip a piece of the diopside free and tested it with the Gemmo Raman 532 Many of these are clean and can be faceted into gemstones, or they would also make gorgeous cabochons.
