Queen Cell Cages are used to capture queens when they emerge from their queen cell. Place one cage over each queen cell to keep the virgin queens from emerging and killing all the other queen cells.When using plastic foundation it is very difficult to remove queen cells that were drawn from the side of the frame and keep them viable. With this tools you can place a Queen Cell Cage over each queen cell and wait for the virgins to emerge. Once they emerge you will couple have multiple virgin queens ready for a new split!NOTE: these cages cannot capture queen cells drawn on the bottom of the frame like many swarm cells.Cages are 3d printed and come in a variety of colors; red, white, blue, yellow, green, etc. If you are concerned about shipping dates for large orders, please contact us and we can give you an idea when they will be available.
