Firm, fairly deep, fleshy nose, predominantly ripe black berries, tobacco, leathery and cedary aromas, hint of plums, some herbs, red pepper and smoke. Ripe, dense, juicy fruit wit h some nutty and smoky spice, a little iodine, leathery fleshy nuances and tobacco, also dried-herbal flavours and a little cocoa on the palate, ripe tannin and some bite, has power, good depth, salty hints, plus dark ethereal spice, very good, juicy and tart-spicy finish.
