The AMP Research BedXTender HD™ Quick-Latch Mounting Kit is required for trucks with a tonneau cover or shell. This kit comes with two brackets that will be the mounting point for the bed extender. The Quick-Latch Mounting Kit will allow the BedXTender to quickly and effortlessly detach from the truck bed. The set of brackets match the standard ones that come with the BedXTender™ , but these feature a round cutout for easy removal. To remove, simply raise the BedXTender™ upwards at a 45 degree angle, then lift up. Steel construction with a black powder coat finish ensure a long lasting product.
