The Quick Mill Anita is a traditional heat exchanger espresso machine built around a commercial-style E61 brew group and a large insulated copper boiler. Its heat exchanger design allows you to brew espresso and steam milk at the same time, making it well suited for cappuccinos, lattes, and back-to-back drinks at home. The machine uses a 1.6 L / 54 oz copper boiler, vibration pump, adjustable brew pressure, and dual pressure gauges for monitoring both the brew circuit and steam boiler. A thermal siphon helps stabilize brew group temperature during idle periods, while the lever-operated three-way valve relieves pressure after extraction for drier coffee pucks. The Anita also includes practical features such as a large removable water reservoir, low-water protection, stainless steel steam and hot-water wands, a passively heated cup tray, and commercial-style 58 mm portafilters.
