The quick release training high bar is designed to cater to the diverse training needs of both younger and adult gymnasts. These quick release training high bars adjust in height between 1.5m and 2.8m in increments of 5cm. The height of the handrail can be adjusted easily and interchanged between the wooden and metal variations using the ergonomic locking handwheels and locking elevation knob that drops into position. The 4cm diameter wooden handrail features a fibreglass core and wood veneer exterior and the 2.8cm diameter metal handrail features a solid sprung stainless steel which offers great grip and flexibility and gives the gymnast a fast and dynamic response making training or perfecting new skills easier. Overall handrail length is 2.46m long (hole placement is 2.388m) with 1.5cm diameter holes. The high bars are available with either a standard or short cabling system and feature the quick release chain tension system. The standard cabling system utilises a floor space area of approximately 5.5m wide by 4m long, the short cabling system utilises a floor space area of approximately 4m wide by 2m long. The cabling is fully adjustable using the rapid tensioners making cable adjustments easy. You will need to purchase 4 floor anchors (available separately here) for the set of high bars.
