PRODUCT INFORMATION Cut Options: Large Roasting Cuts: 2 whole shoulder, 2 whole leg, 2 breast rib joint, front chops, back chops, neck chops. Half Diced: 1 whole shoulder, 1 whole leg, 1 breast rib joint, front chops, back chops, neck chops, plus half the lamb cut into diced pieces packed in 1kg bags. All cuts are individually vacuum-sealed, fresh and ready to use or freeze - no separating required. Butchery Notes: We remove as much fat as possible during processing, though some fat on the meat should be expected. We are unable to accommodate specific butchery requests beyond the options listed above. Offal is included where received from the abattoir. This is not always guaranteed as it is outside our control. Please indicate in your order notes if you would like offal included should it be available. Slaughter Date: Lambs will be slaughtered from Wednesday 27th May 2026, the first day of Eid al-Adha. Slaughter will take place on the 1st or 2nd day of Eid. If you have a preference please note it at checkout. Delivery: Select your preferred delivery date from Friday 29th May onwards. Delivery is available through to Saturday 6th June. Every lamb is chilled to 2°C within eight hours of slaughter - the same standard we hold year-round - ensuring maximum freshness, a full shelf life, and meat you can trust from the moment it arrives at your door. Our charity partners receive the same quality meat as you do - because an obligation fulfilled with an inferior product is not truly fulfilled at all. It is an act of worship carried out after the Eid prayer on the 10th of Dhul Hijjah - expected to fall on Wednesday 27th May 2026 in the UK, subject to moon sighting. The meat is traditionally divided into three parts: one third for your family, one third for relatives and friends, and one third for those in need. The Chilling Standard other Suppliers Do Not Talk AboutUK law permits an exemption during the three days of Eid al-Adha, allowing Qurbani carcasses to bypass the standard chilling process and pass directly to point of sale without being brought to temperature. We do not use this exemption.
