The QXM541BRH was Seiko’s yearly Special Collector’s Edition Melodies in Motion clock for the 2014 holiday season. It is one of the post-2012 “new age” versions, with a magnificent 6-piece dancing dial. Every hour or when the demonstration button is pressed, the vibrant blue sections of the dial come to life and rotate to reveal stars beneath them. As they move, they pause to the beat of the music to appear as if they were dancing along. The clock plays 18 total melodies, with 6 of them being songs by The Beatles. These songs are now hard-to-find due to strict copyright laws, as the last model to be produced with them was discontinued in 2016. A nearly identical version of this clock is still sold today (QXM356BRH), but without the Beatles tunes. Below the face is a decorative rotating pendulum adorned with Swarovski crystals that rotates continuously.
