The Riedell R3 is a great starter/ Rookie level Derby skate. It features a comfortable man-made vinyl boot with a nylon PowerDyne Thrust plate, toe stop, bearings, and quality Pop Wheels. *All Skates are men sizes. If you are a women's 8 shoe, you would be a 6 skate. *Derby Plus version comes with upgraded wheels, better for Derby, a toe cap for protection and a skate tool. Starting with stock R3 boot, The boot is attached to a PowerDyne Thrust nylon plate for a firm base, and the skate is finished off with Abec 5 precision bearings and Radar Pop wheels that provide good grip and speed on all surface hardnesses and has excellent durability.
