The Reef downrigger/mooching rods are classic west coast actions made from hi-modulus graphite scrim with epoxy resin to make the durability of these rods outstanding. We use a gen uine Fuji reel seat with a cork foregrip and a slick butt to ensure that even under load it is easy to remove the rod from the rod holder.
