The standard Racer package comes with the Tracer NTS plate which has 7-degree action. It also includes Ballistic wheels that have a high rebound, high grip, great wear properties with ABEC5 bearings. All together they create a super light setup. The Quad Racer U roller skate was designed in 1980 and is the same shape and design of the Bont Quad racer that won many roller speed skating world championship gold medals in the 1980's and 1990's.
