The Double Landmine is easy to install with a simple pin design. The barbell sleeve rotates over 180-degrees horizontally and vertically to accommodate for a wide range of exercises. This attachment is compatible with all S/J/T-Series Racks. Also compatible with any rack with 26mm holes.
