Gear rack is made from nylon fibre with steel re-enforcement. The racking has 8 teeth per 100m length, with fixed lugs every 200mm. Gear racking is required to fix to the gate to b ind the motor and gate together and getting quality rack is very important as it can affect the reliability as well as the quality of operation.
