How To Care Planting Time: Any time of the year taking care to avoid temperature extremes, especially the height of summer. Sun: Full sun for best blooming Soil: Very adaptable, but fertile, well drained is ideal Water: Deeply water when newly planted and once or twice weekly during establishment. Once established, only minimal watering is needed and generally only during extended periods of dry, hot weather.
