Our award-winning Radiatori are made with organic red spring wheat milled by Farmer Ground Flour in Trumansburg, NY. Only the coarse bran is removed, preserving the germ and the gr ain’s natural character. The result is a pasta with a delicate nuttiness and full-bodied flavor. It's intricate ridges capture sauce, making it especially delicious with pesto and creamy cheese sauces.
