The Proxxon Radius Cutting Attachment (No. 24062) mounts directly on the cross slide of the PD 250/E Precision Lathe in place of the standard tool holder, enabling the production of convex and concave profiles, turned radii, and 3/4 spheres — shapes that are impossible to achieve with a standard straight-cutting tool post alone. The height-adjustable tool holder positions the boring tool tip between 30 and 45mm above the cross slide, accommodating a range of workpiece diameters. A finishing cutter (8 × 8 × 80mm) is included. Supplied in a wooden box with sliding lid.
