If necessary useM.E.K. or other suitable industrial-solvents for cleaning.BONDING METHODSMethod 1: If one of the surfaces to be bonded is porous apply C252 to one surface, clamp for 2 - 3 hours. Method 2: Modified Contact - Apply C252 to both surfaces and allow solvent tovolatilize for 1 - 2 minutes, then combine, press or roll using as muchpressure as is practical. Method 3: Heat Activation: Apply C252 to both surfaces & allow to dry (at least 20minutes) then heat the surface to 65 - 75 C.. Combine hot & tackysurfaces, press or roll with as much pressure as is practical. Method 4: Solvent Activated Assembly: Apply one or two coats of adhesive to eachbonding surface. Allow at least ten minutes drying time between coatsafter the final coat. Brush or swab activating solvent over one orpreferably both surfaces and position and assemble using firm handroller pressure within 90 seconds. CAUTIONSRAINBOW C252 contains flammable solvents. Use some precautions as whenhandling gasoline. Adequate ventilation must be provided in working areas. Keepcontainers tightly closed when not in use. Store at room temperature ( 23 C.).
