Order online before 8.00pm for pick up the next day, during opening hours. Fresh water rainbow trout from the Goulbourn Valley. Sustainably farmed and available year round. Fill wi th slices of lemon, cultured butter, a good handful of fresh herbs and bake in a moderate oven for around 20 mins. Gutted and Scaled. Fresh fish from Australia. Approx. 450-550gm per fish.
