Although this fly was designed for Peacock Bass....and work it does for them, we have also been using it elswhere. This has also become a go-to Pike and Musky fly for us as well ar ound here. A great saltwater/offshore fly for larger salt species too!It is tied with all synthetic materials making it very durable for all of these toothy and/or aggressive fish. It holds up well in the Amazon when feather and bucktail flies are being destroyed quickly by Pirahna. At nearly 7" long and 3" tall it has a great profile in the water with minimal weight. The hook will hold up too under pressure.
