Forge1 is the first Raise3D’s printer able to print metal with user-friendly features for a reliable 3D printing experience, making it an excellent option for production and rapid prototyping for small batch metal parts. Enhanced Printing Platform Features Auto Bed Leveling Glass Build Plate Specialized Slicer – ideaMaker for Metal, providing templates for all processes Matched D200-E and S200-C for debinding and sintering processes The prints of Forge1 is compatible with MIM Dual-head able to print Metal filaments, including Ultrafuse® 316L, Ultrafuse® 17-4PH, and Ultrafuse® Support Layer Drive Innovation in Various of Industries with End-use Applications Advantages of Green Parts Printed by Forge1 Consistently Produce Complex Parts Achieve a Smooth Surface Finish Allow for the Use of Dual Materials Provide High Accuracy for Assembly Reliably Handle Batch Printing Scalable On-demand Production Forge1 printers are cost-effective to build a print farm to manufacture parts on demand. Reliable Metal Filaments Developed in Collaboration with Forward AM Raise3D and Forward AM collaborated closely throughout the development process to ensure the seamless interaction of the Forge1 and Ultrafuse® 316L and Ultrafuse® 17-4 metal filaments. By Ultrafuse® 316L and Ultrafuse® 17-4 metal filaments: Forge1 printers yielded high strength green parts allow long-range delivery for the subsequent process. Forge1 printed green parts are widely compatible with MIM industry, thanks to the catalytic debinding technology from BASF since 1990. A Complete MetalFuse Post-process Solution An In-house End-to-end Process MetalFuse is a series of products consisting of Forge1, S200-C, and D200-E, which together provide a full production solution. This solution enables maximum confidentiality and delivery speed throughout the entire production process. Cost-efficient Print Farm By separating the printing process from sintering and debinding, the MetalFuse system enables one system to pair with multiple Forge1 printers. This approach scales up the overall throughput of full metal parts by leveraging the large processing volume of S200-C and D200-E. ideaMaker for Metal Specialized Slicer Edition for MetalFuse Provide Templates for All Processes ideaMaker for Metal provides validated metal filament templates which enable easy slicing. Easy to Set Shrink Compensation Unlike other FFF printing methods, metal printing requires a debinding and sintering process to obtain the final part. To ensure that the final part matches the intended size, the size of the green parts can be automatically set in the software to account for a certain amount of print shrinkage. This guarantees that the final size after debinding and sintering will be accurate and suitable for use.
