Raise the buil dings to make way for a new sewer system beneath the elevated streets. In Raising Chicago, you’ll compete with other businesses to secure contracts for raising the city’s buildings. But be warned: don’t overextend yourself! You must complete each building project every turn. Running out of resources will severely damage your reputation and standing with the city.
