The WisTrio NB‑IoT Tracker Pro (RAK5010‑BG95) is a tracking device integrating LTE CAT M1 & NB2, GNSS, BLE, and multiple sensors. It is built on the Quectel BG95‑M3 LTE CAT M1 & NB2 module, which includes an integrated GNSS receiver. The board is powered by a Nordic nRF52840 MCU. With both GNSS and BLE, the device supports outdoor and indoor location‑based applications. The RAK5010‑BG95 includes onboard temperature and humidity, motion, pressure, and light sensors. The RAK5010‑M‑BG95 variant provides temperature and humidity and 3‑axis motion sensors only, offering a lower‑cost option. Extension IOs allow additional sensors to be connected beyond the built‑in ones. This board is well‑suited for rapid testing and prototyping of applications requiring NB‑IoT connectivity, with application development supported in the GCC environment. To use this product properly, a compatible Emulator Kit is required. It is recommended to purchase directly from SEGGER Microcontroller to ensure authenticity. The Quectel cellular modem on the RAK5010 has transitioned from BG96 to BG95‑M3 due to supply conditions. When using the AT command interface, both versions remain compatible. When using custom firmware (developed with RUI V2 or another IDE), note that the BG95‑M3 cannot use cellular connectivity and GNSS acquisition simultaneously. The cellular connection must be stopped before initiating GNSS location acquisition.
