A beer three years in the making. Two years in French oak puncheons, three months on raspberries, and finished in steel tanks. Slightly funky, a touch acidic, and chock full of jam my raspberry flavour. From the brewer:"This beer was first released in 2021 and was the first barrel aged beer we ever released. It was named after our beloved Berkshire boar, Ramble Tamble, who was a fixture of the farm for over a decade. He sadly passed away in 2024, and we decided to re-release this beer ahead of Slake's fifth anniversary to celebrate the kind and gentle nature of this one-tonne beast." Show more
