Hops: Riwaka | Mosaic | Southern X Style: Red IPA As we pushed into the middle of winter and our supplies of our last Red IPA, Core Memory, dwindled, we knew it was time to brew th e next iteration. After much deliberation, we settled on a recipe that builds on what we loved about our previous Reds, with a more significant focus on Kiwi hops. Random Access blends Riwaka CRYO, Mosaic, and Southern Cross hops with a smooth malt base and a spicy backbone from a moderate addition of rye.
