Perfect for slow cooking or warming plates, the thermostatically-controlled oven ranges from 80 to 120 degrees providing a fourth working cavity for truly flexible cooking. Flexible Hob Cooking The dual fuel model boasts semi-gloss cast iron pan supports, single-handed ignition, wok cradle and a cast aluminium sit-on half smooth/half grooved griddle plate that can be placed directly on top of the pan supports when needed. The induction model has five zones and comes with our ever-popular non-stick griddle – simply bridge two zones together to make one large zone and you can cook perfectly griddled steak, vegetables and even toasted sandwiches.
