Developed in collaboration with precision-focused angler Jacob Wheeler, the Rapala Claptail 110 is engineered to deliver distinctive sound and surface disturbance. Its metal prop and rear blade strike against one another during the retrieve, creating a layered, metallic clatter that grabs the attention of nearby fish. A tough plastic body with internal weighting allows for long, accurate casts and smooth, reliable retrieves, while producing aggressive surface action that draws predators up for explosive strikes. The Claptail 110 is equipped with two ultra-sharp VMC black nickel 1X strong hybrid treble hooks for dependable hookups. A rotating front hook hanger reduces leverage during the fight, helping keep fish buttoned from strike to net. Built for bass and a wide range of freshwater species, this topwater bait combines splash, sound, and proven color patterns to trigger violent surface reactions.
