Each leaf develops a unique pattern, making every plant one of a kind. Its compact growth habit makes it an excellent choice for nano aquariums, shrimp tanks, and aquascapes where it can be showcased as a feature plant. Like other Anubias varieties, Anubias Pinto is hardy and easy to care for, thriving in low-tech aquariums without the need for CO₂ injection. Due to its variegation, it grows more slowly than standard Anubias species and benefits from stable water conditions. Tips Do not bury the rhizome in the substrate, as this may cause it to rot. Best attached to driftwood, rocks, or other hardscape materials. Avoid intense lighting, which may encourage algae growth on the leaves. Maintain stable water parameters for the best coloration and health. Remove algae gently from leaves to preserve their appearance.
