DESCRIPTION Our Rare Stash Bourbon #2 offering comes was artfully created from only a 33 barrel lot. 30 of the barrel are 7.5 year bourbon aged in Char#3 barrels and 3 barrels from 8.5 year bourbon aged in Char#4 barrels. Both are 75/214 mash bills but from different bourbon / whiskey regions and climates and different barrel chars. TASTING NOTES The nose is rich and slightly sweet with hints of vanilla, oak and caramel. The first sip fills your palate with flavor followed by a soothing penetrating warmth that lingers with the balanced flavors of vanilla, butterscotch, oak and a hint of chocolate.
