Ras El Hanout is a complex mix of spices that is found in various forms in Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco. Ours is all about the balance of sweet and savoury – cinnamon, nutmeg and a llspice compliment celery salt and white pepper. The term loosely translates as “top of the shop”. Rather than being a list of ingredients, Ras El Hanout serves as an open invitation for individuals, kitchens, and shopkeepers to showcase their finest spices.
