Rare hand wrought iron ship's CRESSET used for night lighting. Filled with scrap blubber pieces it would provide a good light for night work aboard a whale ship cutting in and proc essing whales for their oil. Excellent untouched condition with rich old patina. A wooden pole would have been attached to the cone. Size: 22 inches long and 13.5 inches wide. SOLD Show more
