An explosion of flavors and antioxidants offered by this wild blueberry and pomegranate spread. The sweetness of the fruits makes it possible to obtain a very low sugar level (brix 40). Revisit a great Nordic classic, a local favourite. And 95% and more of the ingredients are certified organic! Wild blueberries, pomegranate, sugar. What could be better? In the mouth, the small wild blueberries, still almost intact, explode with flavors and give texture to the spread. The pomegranate works in the shadows on the aromatic level, but acts as an aroma precursor to the blueberry and gives length in the mouth. It also gives a more frank and fresh taste to the blueberry. Suggested pairing: freshly baked bagel and cream cheese (not essential but highly recommended)
