Our Raspberry Coconut Slice is made with a baked vanilla slice base which gets topped with raspberry jam & a sweet coconut mixture then baked again until golden. OR you can swap th e raspberry jam for my homemade lemon curd. Our slices come in a 9"/9" square. This slice will easily last one week in an airtight container in the refrigerator and can be frozen.
