A classic two-tier cake adorned with fresh raspberries arranged in a crown pattern on top and around the middle tier. Each tier features three layers of our signature plain sponge, filled with layers of fresh cream and sweet strawberry compote. The cake is finished with smooth Swiss meringue buttercream, accented by hand-crafted rustic grooves for a refined yet natural look. Serves up to 36 guests. Please note: To ensure your cake remains stable, we've used cake dowels in the bottom tier and a cake board beneath the top tier. Please remove these carefully before serving. Show more
