Sweet and tart, bursting with fresh raspberry flavor. Lends itself exceptionally well to dishes with cheese, such as salad greens tossed with feta. Provides an outstanding ‘finishi ng touch’ to meat dishes, either simply drizzled or cooked down as a reduction.
