With a honey-like sweetness and delicate tropical undertones, Fall Gold is one of the best snacking raspberries on the market. Yields medium to large berries with a soft, golden hu e that deepens to an attractive apricot-orange when fully ripe. As an everbearing variety, Fall Gold produces fruit twice per year; once in midsummer on second-year canes and again in fall, on first-year canes. The fall harvest is particularly prolific and long-lasting, often extending until the first frost. The canes are vigorous and relatively thornless compared to other cultivars. While they remain compact at 4 to 5 feet tall, the canes benefit from trellising to ensure they remain upright.
