Preparation , cooking and serving instructions: Frozen product. Defrost before reheating. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 2-3 days. To reheat place in a pot and simmer for a few minutes until hot, or place in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring after one minute.
