Raventós i Blanc “De Nit” Rosé is an elegant, terroir-driven sparkling wine from Catalonia’s Conca del Riu Anoia. Pale salmon in the glass, it seamlessly blends traditional Macabeo , Xarel·lo, and Parellada with a whisper of Monastrell for color and complexity. Fragrances of pink grapefruit, red berries, white flowers, and a hint of fennel greet the nose, while delicate brioche and citrus zest emerge, thanks to around 18 months’ lees ageing.
