My customers want a high quality local honey 100% unadulterated honey, straight from the hive, from local trees and flowers around Brisbane and Queensland. With non of this messing about heat, steam, sugar syrup or micro-filters. All frame (comb) are examined for quality before been decaping ‘by hand’ with an uncapping scratcher, so no heat is applied; that way ensuring nothing nasty gets in my honey. After extraction, my honey is stored in a tall vessel and allow it to naturally gravity separate so the residual wax floats to the surface. After it’s settled the honey is bottle BY HAND checking each jar for quality. This method ensures that YOU get Raw Honey with all the beneficial traces of pollen, propolis and wax without any of the bee legs, wings etc... We still under drought, the stock are limited and going fast. And with the virus now the demand is much higher. I will try my best to serve everyone with no shortage of quality.
