Many of you enjoyed our mother's yoghurt and waited in long lines for it 2007-2024 and to our dismay, a customer contacted us recently to share they had sealed, un-opened pots of mom's last batch of yoghurt from 2024! To keep mom's culture thriving, we're making small batches for a limited time. Our yoghurt making is mesophelic to keep the milk raw while fermenting 24-36 hours, which preserves the living probiotic strains (180 billion CFUs per 16oz); Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Lactococcus Lactis ssp. Cremoris, Streptococcus Thermophilus, Bifidobacterium Bifidum, Lactobacillus Paracasei. Hundreds of customers and numerous local vet clinics over 17 years have shared remarkable testaments.
