An oblong, raw ruby zoisite stone is set on a sterling silver base plate that has been textured to catch the light perfectly. The warmth of the stone's red-purple center is perfectly balanced by the 14k gold-filled bezel and my signature 18k gold accent beads at either end of the stone's setting. This truly unique and beautiful stone has an irredescent shimmer when the light hits it at an angle. The double-band is made from two pieces of chunky sterling silver wire that have been heavily hammered to create a rugged beauty. The width of the band measures 6 mm or ~0.25" wide. According to some sources, this stone, also known as anyolite, has a vibrant energy that can enhance the energetic and neural connections between your brain and your heart, stimulating positive feelings, fostering feelings of empathy for others, and bringing awareness of the need to take care of oneself.
