Wisdom Choice’s raw honey comes directly from the beehives located throughout Victoria and goes through minimal processing. Simply put, raw honey is taken directly from the honeycomb, untouched by human hands with nothing else added therefore maintaining all the natural goodness of the honey. Raw honey would contain small flecks of pollen, royal jelly, propolis and small particles of a wax. The honey received directly from the beehives would only be gently filtered to remove large debris. Wisdom choices raw honey has a slightly cloudy appearance which comes from the fine textural crystals and particles from the honeycomb and pollen.
