Holy shit, this is hot as hell!! Fuzzed out, lo-fi, synth-heavy garage punk that could easily drive a dance floor. It’s release number two from Madrid based outfit RAYA and it’s ten tracks of head bopping, fist pumping trashy elektro punk. Sometimes I don’t even know where to start with this, it’s just relentless hook after relentless hook and it’s so unbelievably good. The bomp-bomps are in the right place, a spot you didn’t even know they needed to be, this wild, manic, repeating riff will just show up out of seemingly nowhere and tie everything together. It’s a trip, man, literally a release that I’ve flipped over again and again, countless times, just trying to really get a grasp on it while not getting sidetracked with my own personal dance party Format Type: cassette
