Over the past few months, we at Mad Lab have been very excited about pushing the boundaries of our Co-Ferment coffees. On their own, these coffees are bright, vivid, and full of life, but can be unfamiliar to the day-to-day coffee drinker. Because of this, we decided to try mixing our co-ferment coffees with our washed coffees, and we were pleasantly surprised by the outcome. We feel this coffee is approachable while also maintaining the blissfulness of a co-ferment and are excited to introduce our community to this wonderful blend. Show more
