The VTT Thermochromic Model (VTT-RBC) is a one-use surgical task trainer that visualizes the thermal diffusion created by electrocautery and other energy devices. The model turns white when exposed to temperatures 140℉ (60℃) or higher, allowing for more realistic training or demonstration with electrocautery and other energy-based devices. Features: Two colored, solid vessels and four lymph nodes embedded inside for laparoscopic training. Remains white even after returning to room temperature. Compatible with laparoscopic dry boxes. Responds realistically to electrocautery and other energy-based surgical devices. Creates little to no dead space when suturing post-operatively. Recommended uses: Laparoscopic training, robot-assisted surgical training, demonstration with electrocautery, ultrasonic, or other energy devices Dimensions: 10 x 10 x 1.8 cm; 140 g
